I think all of this is way overblown. No one would be jumping ship if Gus went to UNC, but as far as it relates to AU, why does it matter where he went? He is gone.

Dyer is a non issue. HB's can be changed as easy as a light bulb.

The real issue is talent development and you guys already knew there were problems there.

It should be. Y'all have some major shite going on over there right now.

Seems like AU has rid themselves of all of the problems identified by the Rant.

I wonder if this is what Ole Miss fans sounded like back in the mid 1960s?

Well played.

As for Auburn, that just comes with the territory on the Rant. Every time a Bama assistant even thinks about leaving for a head coaching position there are countless posts from Auburn and LSU fans saying that Saban's assistants can't stand him and are desperately trying to get away from him. Not only that, there have been no less than a dozen "Saban to ________" threads on here from LSU and Auburn fans saying that Terry is miserable and "hates Tuscaloosa" or that Nick is a "a liberal and despises conservative Tuscaloosa". Every year our staff and overall program itself is on the verge of collapse according to Auburn and LSU fans. It just comes with the ribbing on TD.

Exactly. He just took a HC job at a graveyard for coaches. McElwain's biggest accomplishments will forever be Bama. CSU will be his best HC job. That school cannot recruit players. So who is jumping ship or was asked to look elsewhere?

BTW this is all just a part of football. It happens.

By the look of the SECr, I would think so.

Are you clowns serious? We are probably about to have Stoops at DC, and will make another solid hire at OC. Everyone chill out.

As far as Dyer is concerned, just wait it out. Oh no, rats are jumping ship! OMAC can leave as far as I'm concerned. He can't take a hit for shite.

We made Roof leave. He didn't leave us. And Gus left us, big deal. He's going to a team that can win next year and its in his home state.

shite, let me get this logic off the SECr, I forgot it doesn't belong.

Easy man....

This board is made up of mostly Bama fans with a big dose of LSU & Arky fans (who hate aubie too), which means you're going to get flamed more (which is why I laid off you guys).

Anyway, flames don't equal reality. You guys are on a bit of a rocky road right now, but you will always be a big SEC player.

more news..

Be on the look out for Luper to be the next AU coach to leave. I hear he may be gone as well. I received a text yesterday evening that said "Luper and Malzahn are leaving Auburn, and so are the recruits." this is in reference to my questioning of my Yeldon info after discussions last night. TIFWIW

checked my email and saw nothing from you. So you do not want to bet afterall? Do we need to lower the money? Is 100 bucks too much for you to lose?

Or you just do not want any bet at all due to not really being confident in bammer? Which is it? Come on, the friendly wagers make this board fun and interesting. It is too easy to talk trash. back it up and have fun here. Show some courage. Makes the games even more fun and interesting with bets on the line with rantards from here.

Bama fans weren't happy with him any more and he took a job that pays more. Not so much with Gus.
