Texas has $15 million more in revenue per year than Alabama. I thought the Turds said they can easily match any salary offer they make to Satan?

I'd bump UGA over Auburn for 2 reasons:
* Atlanta recruiting - Auburn recruits Atlanta heavily, but UGA still has the advantage of being home state school
* In state rival - Bama > GT

South Carolina is 14 and not 12 on that list.

This is exactly why Nick Saban said LSU was the best place to coach college football when he was here at LSU.

Our players drafted will sky rocket over the next few years.

Sounds about right except I would put Texas and Florida ahead of LSU. Alabama is an elite job for the right coach, but it does not have the automatic recruiting advantages of a Texas, LSU, or Florida and the pressure to win and competition is immense.

Not a bad list.

Clemson should be higher than #28 and is better than the Ole Miss job at #25.--Its basically an SEC school with easy proximity to fertile recruiting ground and a much easier conference slate of competition

Agreed with Sid that Florida is at a critical potential tipping point. They are very close to becoming the Tennessee post 2003 program.

LSU may not have the tradition/prestige as some jobs, but it should be the number one job for coaches on the fact that it's the only major institution in the state and it's in the middle of a football talent breeding ground.

Should be every coach's wet dream.

I guess quality of life (city), humidity, stupidity and/or mosqoitos weren't taken into consideration.

I think that list is nearly perfect but I'd be tempted to make Texas number one overall or at least make it 1b with LSU.

Oh, I thought this meant that the best coaching job in the nation was done by the LSU Coach. That's true too by the way.

Ole Miss goes 2-8 and still beats out Moo State.

Not the best timeline for Alabama. Surprised they are still top 6, considering what shape the program was in from 2001-2006. Couple that with LSU, Texas, and Florida having among their best decades ever, and this is what you get. I say this about most of these "off-season" type threads, but I would like to see what this list looks like in 4-5 years.
