Big WHAT IF! Bama couldn't do it at home with a SEC officiating crew. How you expect them to do it at a neutral site with a Big 10 or whatever crew??

I could see this argument if they play toe to toe and lose in overtime. If not, its not going to happen.

I still think LSU wins...I think they are one of the most dynamic teams in a long time. 6..count them...6 3 and outs out of 6 possessions in the first half against GA, and they are only down 3 pts?!?
GA couldn't have done anything more, and there wasn't anyone watching that game that didn't know for a fact that GA was going to lose.
I'm just saying...maybe a fumbled punt or a horrible call or something silly causes LSU to lose a close game to AL. That would suck to lose the NC after such an incredible season.

Regardless, it is what it is and Bama is in. We'll deal with whatever is thrown our way be that win or loss. It sucks but its a result of this shite arse system we have to play with.

A recent poll on our local news showed that 85% of voters favored a playoff system. I'm sure that would be about the consensus across the states. It's sad that with that overwhelming amount of supporters for a playoff system that we can't get one.
