Just curious then how so many kids from Georgia get into Auburn who were not accepted at UGA?

b/c it's easier to get into and a lot of people apply to UGA bc of the hope

Admissions standards and grading policies are two different ballgames.

As far as admissions go and overall academic quality is concerned, Georgia is clearly > Auburn.

I got accepted into UGA but went to Auburn.
