Rueban Randle? That's an odd suggestion. I've never heard anyone gush about him. He's thought to be an excellent college WR and a possible first round draft pick. He doesn't make the unbelievable catches that Julio made, but I've never heard anyone rate him as good either. Seems like he's rated about right.
