Is it just me, or do neither parties realize that NO ONE outside their fan bases care about this rivalry, and NO ONE outside the SEC fan base probably even knows it exists? I am sure it is a very important game for them, but the way the talk about it, you would think it is the end all be all of college football. Leaving the SEC over it....? Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.

I disagree. The very fact that you're commenting on it brings the relevence to the game that we claim. If it didn't matter, then you wouldn't comment - period. Like that game that your team plays with whoever that other team is - we don't care nor do we comment.

We could give 2 shits in a piss pot less what you, or anyone else for that matter, thinks about our rivalry.
It amazes me that people think that just because a team is in a down period that a rivalry they have shared with another team for 110 years is meaningless.
Its no different than Georgia's rivalry with Florida, or their rivalry with Auburn. (wow UGA has a lot of rivals.) Texas and Oklahoma, USC and Notre Dame, they are all the same. And they have all held the same importance at one point in history or another.
I'll be glad when all this shite is over with.

I normally like watching the Bama/Tenn game but this year Tenn sucks so bad and Bama is so good, I doubt it will be worth watching at all.

There are a lot of fans in the state of Missouri that care about the Bama-UT game, because it's their ticket to slide right into the SEC East.

No one outside of our fan bases care what you think about it either, though I think I can speak for both Alabama and Tennessee fans when I thank you for starting yet another shitty thread feeling the need to tell us how much you don't care.
