Mc"Cannon" won't get enough highlight passes to win it.

so why not include those stats? they aren't great but will be considered when the award is passed out.

because that isn't what was in the article.

Yes, we have played 6 games. The first game he rotated every 3 series with Simms. He didn't have a great game at all and he did throw 2 picks in that game. I know that game still counts but he wasn't the full time guy in that game.
Here are his complete YTD stats: 117-174, 1380 yds, 9 tds 2 ints

They were included, the no int thing for the last 5 games was a sidenote.

Those are stats for 7 games, with the "zero interception in the last five games" as a sidenote.

Correct. The way it was worded, I can understand the confusion though.

His numbers are looking to be almost the same as McElroy's were in 2009.

Not counting all games played this season - which include 2 INT's is no different than Auburn fans pretending football started in 1980.

The point of that sidenote is to show his improvement. He's taking care of the football.

That is like a lot of screen passes and trick plays...

Like I said, was from the article, not cherry picking by me. Take it up with Rolltide.com and the University's official webmaster.
