I disagree here

Our defense kept LSU out of the end zone for 3 1/2 quarters.

b/c LSU lined up and went straight at us. How have we looked against spread offenses?

This.

I know we were running the predictable offense against LA Tech because the coaches lots faith in Relf. I really think LSU got in his head and the injuries on the OL aren't helping. Clausell is not ready for the LT position and I'm ready to get Carmon back. Day is showing his inexperience at Center with the poor snaps but his blocking has been okay IMO. Saulsberry is still not 100% and the OL is hurting not having Tobias Smith.

Looks like the honeymoon with Mullen is over.

I still think Mullen is a great fit for State. He is losing the recruiting battle and it's showing on the field with team talent and depth. LSU definitely was proof of that.

I think that's why he makes it a point to redshirt these guys because a lot of them are not ready to contribute in their first or second year on the team.

Biggest problem this year was losing their defensive coordinator.. they were really good last year on D.. not so much anymore.

We are definitely missing Diaz. I do think are defense played well against LSU but in the big picture Wilson is not cutting it.

Not as much as the 2 NFL linebackers he had. Wilson can only do so much with what he has. That siad, Wilson needs to knwo that every now and then he can press other WR on 3rd and short and not give them 15 yard cushions.

Georgia doesn't run a spread. That's why I think it will be a close game Sat.

yeah but they have a capable QB to throw quick strikes to WR that have 15 yard cushions. Murray is going to go off on our D.

Day's ideal position is Guard. He has a ton of potential but he will suffering growing pains. He will be dominant as a JR and SR.
