I find myself rooting for Bama first, SEC second, and the South third. If two teams are playing that I care nothing about then I generally pick the one closest to the south and cheer them on. Am I the only one still peeved about the War of Northern Aggression? :i'mbored:

i dont consider texas to be "southern", but I rarely pull for any texas teams, either.

Frick no I hope Auburn loses every game and would t mnd seeing LSU drop 3/4(which isn't going to happen) I also pull against FSU every chance I get as well. I have never liked FSU. I like many of the big ten teams just based on their history

This about sums it up.

I've only rooted for Texas once in my life and that was against USC in the MNC a few years ago.

Yeah, I generally root for Southern teams. There are exceptions (I usually root against Bama), but other things being equal I tend to cheer for a Southern team over Northern, midwest and west coast teams.

To some degree this applies for both college and pro sports.

I generally root for most, if not all, SEC teams. I've never really found myself pulling for Clemson, Florida State, UNC, Virginia, Wake, etc.

I N-E-V-E-R root for Texas schools, but Texas isn't in the South so...

I tend to be a Wisky fan, not sure why though.
