Is this the year Kentucky end 24 game losing streak against Florida?

I've noticed that Florida is playing at Kentucky early in the season. and Florida is more vulnerable than ever.
it'd be epic if UF start 0-2 in the SEC by losing to UT and UK back to back.

It could be. I feel like we will beat either UF or UT this year. I don't know what it is about UF, but we just shite our pants every single year.

No, but at least UT still has something to brag about.

busey- make a prediction in the official thread! There's only 2 UK fans in it.
I remember one year circa 2002 that UK had florida flat out on the ropes in lexington. Like they had the game WON and florida came storming back and scored like 20 points in the 4th or something crazy.
Also another year didn't Derek Abney return 2 kicks for TDs in the swamp? Was that a close game?

I'd say UK has a better chance against Tennesee this year than they will for some time. After tihs year, UT should have a considerably better team.

At least they won't have to deal with Urban Meyer anymore. I was tired of watching Kentucky play tough against every team on the schedule but lay down and die whenever they go up against Florida.

2007 was a good one, too. ESPN Game Day came to Lexington. We were ranked #8 at the time and UF was #12. Hard to believe looking back at it that we were ranked higher than a Tebow era UF. And we had just beaten #1 LSU the week before.

2007 was a good game for KY/SC too. Of course, that was our last good game besides 1 half of UNC.

I don't know why, but I can't remember that game for shite. I do remember this epic comeback though LINK

Was it 2009 when there were like 3 or 4?

don't jinx it noob, as UK is due for a win against us. It will happen eventually, and this year is as good of a chance as any year imo.

What a stupid post. Like Florida has some great team lined up for 2011.

2008 or 2009. I really felt bad for your coach that game. I know he had yall practicing to prevent that the entire week+, and Chris Rainey and company just went off for whatever reason. Probably the only time I've truly felt bad for an opposing SEC coach.
