Alabama fans going to Penn St - How you doing it?

We're flying in to Pittsburgh (cheaper than the slightly closer Harrisburg) Thursday night. We plan on staying there that night and getting up early Friday to make the 2-3 hour drive to State College. Then waking up at the butt-crack of dawn Sunday to reverse course. I know quite a few people driving up there from Ttown/Birmingham. How are yall getting up there?

This would be a fun road trip, I'd like to catch a game at this venue sometime.

I'm pretty familiar with tOSU fans and I heard PSU fans are a lot worse than them.

They were pretty bad in Tuscaloosa last year. There was a group of them tailgating next to us, and they got offended when I offered them a trash bag. They were just tossing all their trash in a pile on the ground. When I got back to my spot after the game, they had kicked all the trash all around my car.

Penn State has by far the worst fanbase in all of college football. They are classless and show no respect to their opponents.

I've heard they're absolutely terrible and don't respect anyone or anything. Plus hearing people say "joe pa", especially in that accent is like nails on a chalkboard.

PSU fans are atrocious. but going will be a ton of fun. get up there really early if you plan to tailgate, by 8 am they are almost all full

The one's I came in contact with the Tuscaloosa last year were pretty nice folks. They knew Bama was gonna beat the shite out of them before they ever entered the stadium.
