I don't understand all the LSU hype.

LSU is the most overrated team in the country. They will lose the first game against Oregon badly. Chavis can't stop teams that run the ball out of spread and LSU doesn't have the defensive line to hold up. I say Oregon wins by 14. I just don't understand why people think they will be so good.Arkansas and Alabama are both better than the tigers. That's three losses plus they will lose two more between the games of:Miss st,Ole Miss,Tenn, and West Virginia. I think they go 7-5 if they are lucky.

Who knows, you might end up being right... but the odds are certainly better of LSU going 10-2 than they are of LSU going 7-5.

FWIW, I think Florida is the most underrated team in the country. I think Florida wins the SEC East this year going away.

They may be overrated. I'm not buying the nc contender hype. 7-5 seems like a stretch though.

Seems a bit extreme. 9-3 might be realistic or 8-4 (though on the very pessimistic side).

Gotta figure their luck will run out sooner or later. Can't back their way into everything forever.

Myth

LSU doesn't have the defensive line to hold up.

Wrong

Arkansas and Alabama are both better than the tigers.

Nobody is saying that isn't possible.

I think LSU is overrated as well but thats only because I don't think they are a top 3 team. If they do lose to Oregon it won't be by a blowout. LSU has the defense and running game to keep every game close.

as long as LSU beat Bama and keep them out of SECCG I'll be very happy.

here's to hoping LSU plays Tennessee in the SECCG. that seems to usually be a cakewalk for us.

LSU still won 8 games with a QB who set the single season record for picks.
