My Hype Video
I just ripped some other highlight videos off youtube and put it to the music I wanted.
Hog fans: If you don't want to see highlights of the Sugar Bowl or the Tyler Wilson Auburn highlights b/c you've watched them 1,000 times already like I have, skip to 6:00.

Most of the Auburn part is Neiko getting burned. The other play is our LB'er getting burned by running back.

Probably.
I think 10-2 is a realistic expectation, but I'm on the optimistic side and think we'll go 11-1, with a loss to either LSU or Bama.

10-2 at worst. The supporting cast around Wilson is too good.
If Wilson goes down and we start running the wishbone with Mitchell, who knows?

Losses to Alabama, Texas A&M, and LSU.

We're probably starting a true freshman at Tackle. He will be fine physically, but on the road at Bama and LSU he will make some boneheaded mistakes, as would any true freshman tackle.
Wilson is good but the 2nd half of one road game doesn't really make him a seasoned vet. He will be above average but he will make some boneheaded mistakes on the road too, as would any first year starting QB.
Our starting secondary is good but CB is woefully thin. one or two injuries there and we are SOL.
That just doesn't scream 10-11 wins to me.
Trust me, I get no pleasure from being a debbie downer, but that's how I see it.

What's scary for the rest of the SEC is that this fact might be a strength for us.

Do you not realize how small of a percentage it is that a true freshman in any league performs well? Even guys that went on to win the Outland Trophy and become a 1st round NFL draft pick, struggled as true freshmen starters.

why did you have to tell me that??....

Well, it's the truth. Chris Samuels and Andre Smith both won the Outland Trophy and were 1st round NFL draft picks at Alabama. Both were true freshman starters. And both had their struggles. Alabama could be in the same boat again with Cyrus Kouandjio at LT.

Brey Cook has been here since spring semester of this past school year. He's a beast and is SEC ready. We have a couple other options too. Arkansas will be good enough at OT, and Petrino can game-plan around any single weakness with all the weapons we have on O.
