Which coach would survive the SEC. Gary Patterson or Chris Peterson?

Patterson. He's a great defensive coach, which would make him more successful in the SEC than Peterson

Gary Patterson would be Nick Saban 2.0. in the SEC or at the very worst, a Tommy Tuberville type.

I'll let Patterson prove himself in the Big East before I call him a "Saban 2.0".

TCU has beaten some pretty decent / bigger name schools in the last few years under Patterson. Whenever Spurrier retires, if we dont hire in house, I would love to get Patterson.

Both. I think either would have been great at Florida (hard not to be); I would have preferred either over Muschamp if I were a Gator fan.

The Big East isn't exactly a measuring stick for success. You could make a decent argument that TCU will be playing an easier schedule next year.
