When I 1st heard about the trees at Toomer's Corner I thought that the condemnation from the Tide fans would be universal, it has not been.
I have read many comments like this. Them people are sick.

It's a message board and I think 99.9% of Bama fans don't condone that. But most of what fans say here is in jest.

I'm trying to think how the LSU fans would feel if someone poisoned Mike the Tiger. It's not exactly the some thing, but close.

It's funny, you say something detrimental about Tide fans and they do their best to prove you are right. Damn.
I used to think they were like every other SEC fan, they just pull for a different team, my mistake. I didn't realize the depth of their depravity.

Not to mention the OP failed to mention the context of what he quoted. It was in a thread about a fund started by Alabama fans to collect donations to give to Auburn to help pay whatever cost they come across. Yea, Alabama fans are all lowlife. The quote posted in the OP was part of a post that said I'd rather give money to help humans 'insert tree quote here.' Anyway, just thought i'd throw in some context to the OPs flame, carry on.

That comment is in direct regard to the "Tree fund" that has been set up for Bama fans to donate money to Toomer's trees.
I have condemned and called out the individual responsible, as well as the individuals who condone the act, but if you think I'm going to pay one cent to Auburn University for their trees, the cheese has slidden off your cracker.
I was not responsible for the trees being poisoned.
The Alabama fan base was not responsible for the trees being poisoned.
One idiot psycho who takes life too seriously is responsible for poisoning that tree, and he never stepped foot in a University of Alabama classroom, and was never a member of Tide Pride.
I will not apologize for his actions, because I am not responsible. I will not donate money to their cause, because I do not feel in the least bit guilty.
