that sounds relatively good for Auburn.
No doubt their coaches are telling him we brought in a juco who will start at LT and he'll have to sit the bench for a couple years. And they probably should tell him that. Watch some Alabama fans get annoyed about the Douglass signing if we don't get Cyrus, its bound to happen.

Seems like he's gonna end up in Tuscaloosa....not a big surprise to me, but the AE faithful are gonna be crushed. Seems like a phenomenal athlete and solid guy for whoever picks him up.

That, and they likely have him convinced that he will be competing against his brother for playing time. Which would be a complete lie, but look who it would be coming from.
I don't even expect him to sign with Bama anymore. I hope he goes to Iowa at least.

I still think he comes here fwiw. But Auburn's recruiting strategy in this case is pretty obvious.

we just lost 24 seniors, plus our 3 best juniors. i dont expect to have more than 8 wins at most next year.
