It doesn't seem that he's ever mentioned for other jobs like most assistants on successful teams are.

Could it be that his reputation and baggage are precluding him from moving up the ladder?

Must be. He has been stuck at AU for 2 whole years now. Nobody wants him because he is a thug that wears his hat backwards and he gets too excited on the sideline. Also, he is a bag man, everyone knows this is a fact.

+1. I don't even know why he's on our staff. What a waste of time.

How often do you see a wide receivers coach mentioned for other positions? I'm seriously wondering this, not trying to be a smart arse.

Bama's wildly succesful WR coach just got a HC job. It was a second rate D-2 school, but still.

I could see Taylor getting an offer to coach at a mid major conference eventually. He said his goal when he got to Auburn was to be a head coach somewhere within 5 years.

He is also learning as much as he can of Malzahn's offense and CGM is still there so why not soak in all you can from the dude who designed the O?

Dabo Sweeney was Stalling's WR coach. Tommy Bowden was Bill Curry's and Terry Bowdens WR coach.
