SHOULD LSU OR ALABAMA EVEN RECRUITED THIS GUY??? I mean he was kicked off the UGA team...
2009 as the No. 11 pro-style, drop-back quarterback in the nation out of Oconee County High in Watkinsville, Ga. He redshirted as a freshman and competed for the 2010 starting job during 2010 spring drills.
But he was kicked off the team last spring in light of his arrest in March on misdemeanor charges of allegedly grabbing the breasts and buttocks of a woman at a bar in Remerton, Ga. He was also arrested on a series of alcohol-related charges at the time, but those were later dropped. He pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of sexual battery of a woman and was sentenced to two concurrent, 12-month probationary periods under the state of Georgia's first offender act. Mettenberger was also ordered to pay $2,000 in fines and to perform 40 hours of community service.
Mettenberger transferred to Butler, where he threw for 2,678 yards and 32 touchdowns last season in leading his team to an 11-0 record before losing the junior college national championship game. LSU coach Les Miles offered Mettenberger, who is 6-5 and 230 pounds, a scholarship over the summer. A host of other major colleges also offered, including Texas A&M, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Arizona, Cincinnati, Troy and Louisville.

we dont need him to be the best QB in the nation since we're so talented at WR and RB

I'm sure Mett's father was in the bar asking girls "You want to hang with my son? It's gonna cost you some groping. It's not free this time."

Awww I see what you're doing. It's cute.

We have the worst luck picking QB's. MLB, takes some, McDonalds took out one, and Perriloux just couldn't stay out of trouble. The SEC has been lucky that LSU can't pick-em, but rest assured, he ain't playing, yet(with our QB luck).

Boat, I've asked before but it was over a month ago and I don't think you responded. What's the deal with your avatar? I remember you used to have that person as your sig as well. What's the story there?

Sure, everybody in the clear now that Auburn has shown us the loophole.

And it's not like he took the chick back to his room, and threw her out a window as the cops were coming.

Well, neither recruited Cam, so both schools are in the clear.
And when did Bama recruit ZM? I must have missed that...
