Yeah, whatever. I don't remember anyone having a problem with Alabama's championship last year.

Or, Florida's the year before.

So, the "butthurt" response is idiotic.

Maybe there's something else going on that you don't want to see. I know you'll have a parade and stuff for whatever you win this year. Heck, you gave out rings in 2004, so who knows what you'll do this year. I'm just telling you how EVERYONE else will see it.

But, you don't care, so why post here?

And, no surprise that Auburn fans are acting like idiots here. I expect that. The sad truth is, no one cares about your undefeated season

Says the guy who started a thread to talk about it. It's ok one day you will hire coach that can read above a 3rd grade level and you will get to experience what perfection feels like until then away.

That's pretty obvious. Although after he F's up beyond comprehension, even when he's caught on camera, he will claim that he's not.

All you Auburn fans can pat yourselves on the back for getting your season saved, but this thing is terrible for college football and you know it. The NCAA has just leaglized pay for play.

How people this stupid made it to be of age to use a computer I'll never know. You are a walking contradiction to Natural Selection/Survival of the Fittest.

Yeah, of couse, everybody that's not an AU fan.

Ya'll will believe what ya'll want to. I can't control it. But yes, ya'll are butthurt. Deny it all you want, but how else do you explain new threads about the same Cam stuff over and over even though neither Cam nor Auburn has been found to have done anything wrong? And when one of your myths gets debunked, the threads go off on another tangent.

Will the national title be legit?

Give me a break.

Ya'll really are idiots! WHEN WAS IT PROVEN THAT AUBURN PAID CAM TO PLAY?!

I'm beginning to think ya'll are joking, because ya'll can't be this dumb.

Man if everyone is going crazy over how we got Cam this year they are going to shite a brick over what we are going to do next year. I have heard that some Auburn boosters are starting a professional baseball team in Opelika next year and they are going to stock it with high school football recruits but since it is baseball they will still have full football eligibility in college. Damn those NCAA loopholes are cool. And by the way keep this on the down low.

This is about as likely to happen as some of the other stuff posted.

Agree to disagree, at least for now. I am glad the AU situation is being viewed as disparate, with respect to USC, because it puts pressure on the NCAA to act fairly.

If SC's penalties are anything to go by, if the NCAA is pressured in a certain direction, they'll act accordingly. We still have an appeal pending and this may help us.

As far as AU goes, I live in this region and have had a chance to go to several AU games. The people are friendly and this year especially the football has been good. I wish them well.

Watching Cam Newton in Jordan-Hare break off a Heismanesque TD run against LSU was one of the highlights of my football watching career. I am not hating on him or anything he might win.

Clearly the Auburn fans are on a campaign to disrupt any sensible (and not-so-sensible) discussion about Cam and the on-going investigation.. Anytime a thread comes out about Cam they jump in, start throwing insults, proclaiming everyone butthurt, and posting "U Mad". When they do get to the question that's on everyone's mind, it's "Nobody has proven anything." It's as if they think that if they annoy us sufficiently we'll stop talking about it, and it will all go away. Well, it's not going away. The investigation is still on-going. If you don't want to hear about it, just don't open the threads. If you do want to join a discussion, please stick to the topic. We already know that everyone connected with Auburn feels that nothing will be proven and everything is legitimate. That means that this thread isn't for you, and yet it seems that most of the posts are from Auburn fans.

"No one has proven anything" is not a relevant argument because we won't know what is proven until the investigation concludes. I heard plenty of USC fans saying that about Reggie Bush, so it really doesn't help your cause. Besides, the discussion and speculation is about what will be found, and it's clear that you don't want to think about it. So like I said, if you don't want to discuss it, just stop reading and posting in these threads. Frankly this behavior really makes it look like you already know (or highly suspect) Cam is guilty and are so afraid of the consequences that you can't cope. If you guys are like this now, how are you going to be in another month when everyone is still talking about this stuff? Pull yourselves together.

Since I've only posted something similar in one other thread (As the Plains Burn), and as it gets kinda dull the fifth time around, I figure I've only got a couple times left.

I live in Alabama for 20 years. All during that time it was hard to live with Alabama fans because they are so obnoxious. Auburn fans always seemed to be a bit more civilized. This whole Cam thing has shown that the Auburn fans are worse then Alabama fans especially when they know they are on the wrong side of the argument.

Auburn fans better remember the ghost of Christmas past. Enjoy your victories while you can. One day in the near future you will wake in the middle of the night and hear the chains and lock boxes a rattling.
