Cap1 vs Michigan State (New Year's Day)

OR

Cotton vs Nebraska/Oklahoma/TexA&M (friday, Jan. 7th)

Reason I ask is because "tecnhically" the Cap1 is a better bowl game, higher payout, etc, but many LSU fans including myself are hoping you guys get Cap1 and LSU goes to Cotton (assuming Auburn beats USC, of course) since we were just in Cap1 last year.

More reasons I want Cotton instead of Cap1 LINK

Cotton all the way, and that's strictly based on location. It doesn't matter about payouts at this point; I just want to have a good time.

Jerry World sucks (serious). Worst place I have ever been for a football game.

better question is whether bama would refuse an invite from the capital one... since it looks like they will be inviting a team from the SEC West and I'd be surprised if they had any interest in LSU two years in a row

I like the potential Cotton matchups far better, plus the JerryWorld venue.

I would love to go down there and spend some time in the warm Orlando climate

Cap 1 for sure. Lsu has the defense to go against those big 12 passing games but bama doesn't

Cotton Bowl. After seeing how nasty the Cap1 ended up last year, I'll take Cotton every time.

I've always liked Disney World and forgive me for being old school, but I love playing on New Year's Day. By the way I went to Disney Land last year while in California and that place blows so I need to go to Disney World so it can save face in my book.

I don't know that it really matters. Not playing for a Championship so it is just a consolation game either way. I am sure most LSU fans would rather not return to Orlando for a second year in a row. I do think an LSU/Nebraska Cotton Bowl and an Alabama/Michigan State Cap One would make for some interesting games and fun to watch.

Either way Geaux Tigers! and Roll Tide Roll!
