They are a bonafide lynch mob. There is no better analogy out there.

Screw facts, we don't need them. Auburn is guilty.

Well, they are doing what we all probably would do if it were our player.

Noooooo.... no way. Stop being rational and start piling on like the rest of the shitslingers.

I thought the SECr had met its limit of rational posters? 3-5 on any given day

Deal, and keep in mind I live in West TN, so it won't be too hard.

We will be out of school in a few short weeks and I can do it then if the News is out.

I have the Ozarks and the Apps

I don't understand why you guys are saying this is bad for Auburn. The TMZ article just say's the FBI wants to know if kids are getting pimped to schools. If homeboy is lying, we'll know ASAP.

Here's how the FBI's involvement ended in the Logan Young/Albert Means case:

quote:

In a case that drew the attention of the NCAA and colleges across the country, Young was found guilty of conspiracy to commit racketeering (by breaking state bribery laws), crossing state lines to commit racketeering and arranging bank withdrawals to cover up a crime after he paid a Memphis high school coach $150,000 to ensure that the coach's star player would attend the University of Alabama in 2000.

Don't think the NCAA put together that case...but they did piggyback the FBI's investigation for evidence to put Bama on some badass sanctions.

I hope not. If he doesn't play in the Iron Bowl then it means nothing to me. If you can't beat their best then you didn't beat them in my opinion.

Hardly. I'm 100% sure Newton will play in that game and wreck Bama like that iceberg did the Titanic.

This is a bona fide story friend. You need to come to terms with that.

I really need to see a second source on the FBI involvement, and if Bond accepted their request for a meeting.

Count me in the crowd needing further confirmation other than TMZ.

Cam is the player. The FBI is not interested in the players...they are interested in the agents.

And anything the FBI discovers will be forwarded to the NCAA. If they're going to the trouble of investigating this, do you honestly think that they're not gonna find out whether or not Cam got paid?
