They arent a national contender in basketball, and their stadium is half empty for the florida game
Kick them out the SEC. Add A&M to the West and move Bama to the East

We need them for cumulative conference GPA.

you mean AUB to the east?

Move Auburn to the East... That would mean every East team has been questioned about recruiting tactics in the last 6 months.

I agree Vandy doesn't fit. They would be better off in the ACC or Big East. They will never be competitive in the SEC.

In another conference, they could play the role of Northwestern, Stanford, or Duke. Those schools are competitive for the most part and MATTER more than Vandy does in the SEC. Stanford has the advantage of having a large enrollment and being a state school, but their academics rival Vandy's.
If anyone moves east, it should be West Georgia Vocational School of the Plains, the Tigerwarplainseagles.

The Aubs will be in the Sunbelt after the NCAA finishes reaming them.
They'll be everybody's bitch in the Sunbelt.

Did Florida just burn Patton's redshirt?
Posted on 11/6/10 at 12:52 pm to bamascott2
I'm pretty sure Patton wasn't being redshirted
UF doesn't use redshirts all that often.

Yeah, but isn't this the first game he's played in?

Maybe... But I could have swore I saw him on special teams before.

without them literacy rate in the conference will go way down. and we can't defend ourselves when left coast and new england liberals call us 'dumb effin rednecks'

The SEC could always bring Georgia Tech back or invite Texas A&M. You know, a school with good academics that could actually compete on the football field every once in a while.

Checked the year's stats...he's played in five games. Just thought we'd see more of him this year.

Yeah...screw their awesome GPA and good baseball/basketball. If you're not a perennial 8-4 football team you don't make the cut
