yeah. I've watched for 20+ years and I've never seen a guy's hair touching the ball reset the offsides position. He was onside when the cross was made, none of his teammates made a touch on the ball (you can't pass with your hair).
I don't understand how VAR can overturn that.

Basically once he landed on the guys ankle that way, he was getting a red.

Is america really gonna redo their entire infrastructure in the next 10 years to make cloud gaming feel like local gaming?

You are never gonna get the same experience playing a lot of games on pc such as NCAA football. Youll end up stuck in lobbys with hackers like the NBA 2K and MLB The Show players currently deal with.
Even the shitty arse Undisputed boxing game the pc community is full of hackers with unlimited stamina cheats.
