Bama seems to be the logical choice.

As we sit here today, the original poster's list seems logical. However, ten years is a long time. In 1999, if you had told the average LSU fans they would win two national championships by 2007, they would have laughed at you (and thrown a piss balloon on you too).
I think Georgia is the SECs long dormant sleeping giant because the state is so fertile in recruiting. If they had a coach that could "build a fence" around the state and then coach them up, they would be almost unbeatable.
Bama could easily slip back into relative mediocrity given circumstances similar to the previous 10 years before Saban. I am continually amazed that Alabama and Auburn can be as good as they are in such a small state. Saban leaves and Bama slips in my opinion.
I also think that LSU is riding the razor's edge of falling back to 1990s levels right now given the coaching situation and the misguided attitudes of the fanbase.
Florida will always have the best recruiting base and will likely always have more resources than anyone else. You have to have them in the Top 2 or 3 to have a list based in reality relative to history, recruiting base and finances.
