Control time of possession, offensive scheme will be to focus on first downs, short yardage , mixture of runs and short passes. NO BIG PLAYS
Defense- allow no quick scores by Auburn, make them work their way down the field, keep the score low
This is why Alabama will beat Auburn. Saban gets this- Keep the ball and keep out of the hands of Cam

Bama is certainly the most capable team we play all year in doing just what you described on offense.

No. The team that beats Auburn will be the team that doesn't get manhandled in the trenches and is able to somewhat contain Cam without letting our other RBs run wild. A good passing game would help, too.

Auburn will not make it out of BDS undefeated. Then being ranked number one will be just what this BAMA team needs for motivation this year. We will own the barn in BDS this year and hopefully destroy their season.

The ginger will have to get over his loss to South Carolina and find his rhythm. Auburn's secondary sucks, badly. It would be nice if their running game came back to the game as well...
I'm worried that Auburn will win out, play in the BCSNC and end up against a team that throws the ball exceptionally well and loses the first championship for the SEC. Of course, most of the OTHER teams in the top 8 or so aren't all that great in the air (I don't count Boise St...I think Fairley and company would kill Moore by the start of the second quarter).

Considering we did not expect to go undefeated, I think we will manage ok if we lose a game.
