im just like everyone else expecting us to lose a few games this year. BUT when it actually happens, our fan base usually behave in a way that would lead you to think it WAS NOT expected. I think our fans just say "I think we will lose 2" just because they think somehow it doesnt jinx us. I think 9/10 bama fans deep down expects undefeated. i may be completely wrong, just a thought. i dont even try to predict anymore or expect anything i just let it all happen

Bama will lose 1...the 2nd loss would come in the SECCG if it happens.

to be honest, I go into every season thinking Bama will win them all. Every now and again I'm right

yeah but as least you just say it. i hate when people say "We will lose to Florida in the SEC" like in 2008 then they throw a damn fit when it does. "JP sucks, we were overrated, blah blah. i was pissed as well but i try not to trash the players

Well then count me as the one out of ten that doesn't expect undefeated. Of course I would like to be undefeated every season, but it's not rational and no team can go undefeated every season. I am behind Bama in every game that they play, but I don't expect anything.

We are better suited for another title run in 2011. The schedule as road games at Penn State and Florida, but everything else is at home. Plus we should return 17-18 starters.

i agree but who thought in 08 we would beat clemson win AT arky AT UGA AT Tennessee AT LSU to make a run at the title.. guess thats why they play the game

I expect us to go undefeated and will be very upset when if we lose...for about an hour. Then I'll get on with my life.

It was always a matter of when, not if, with Coach Saban. But it's harder to compare 2008 to 2010. We are the hunted now. That's a lot harder than what the 2008 team went through.

I'm assuming the last to do it was either UF in the 90s, or Alabama in the 70s.

Looking at the schedule, it's easy to see 2-4 losses on it. But if we play up to our capabilities, and if our secondary gels by the Arkansas game, I could see us being undefeated again.

I'm thinking Alabama will lose 2 or 3. 8 teams have bye weeks before playing bama. I think this will hurt bama in the end. That an the inexperience on defense. There is talent, but it's untested.

I can see two happening fairly easy, and a possible third if the cards fall the right way. This is assuming the secondary gels by midway in the season. If not, we could lose over three.
