Just messin with ya SECPOWER. To say I'm a bit fired up to go to Athens this year is like saying that Les Miles stammers a bit.

Get that logical unbiased thought out of here. We can't handle the truth like that

I think most would also agree that it is possible Mallet could struggle this year and Alabama could drop 3 games.

Only way Mallett will struggle this year will be an injury issue. After a full season in the SEC and another year to learn Petrino's offense, no way he struggles.

Now I understand...you started a thread that appears to bash Arkansas and Ryan Mallett, but the real objective is to completely bash the LSU education system. Obviously, you are a Bama fan pretending to be an LSU professor with horrific grammar, spelling, and who is generally an idiot so as to make LSU look very poor.

On the other hand, if you ARE a professor at LSU who worships at the Crimson alter you should be beaten twice. Once for supporting a school that isn't yours and secondly for somehow getting an advanced degree and yet not understanding the English language as well as my neighbor's Mexican gardener.

Not all people that work at LSU are professors. It takes teaching about 12 years to become a professor. There are lots of people like researchers, support staff, computer engineers, finance, and other things that aid the objective of a university. You would know that if you have graced the doors of a university. I apologize for the mispelling so I will spell check my info the next time. Oh wait no I want my thoughts are well thought out. I am by no means making a ill attempt toward Ryan Mallet. I am just tired of all the hype that pertains to the SEC being about him. How good he is going to be when he has poor numbers against good teams, a poor offensive line, a poor defense, hasn't played since the foot injury, poor footwork, and a questionable intilect capable of reading STRONG SEC defenses. I think there are better stories with other programs. I am an Alabama fan by right of birth but I don't hope for other teams to loose especially when it pertains to the SEC. I personally get tired of all the crap that goes on between Alabama and Auburn fans. It gets old sometimes... We will see how great your Ryan Mallet does against a tough defensive line with Alabama, the shut down secondary of LSU, and a ton of seasoned players at Georgia.

You didn't say "working at LSU" you said "teaching at LSU." Whether you are a full professor or not, you have to have at least a masters degree to teach at the university level and I don't think many people with a masters degree would use phasing the way you do. You are a person who doesn't understand the syntax of your sentences when you attempt to sound intelligent.

Are you sure? They aren't translating to the screen very well.

questionable intilect

Seriously? The TD spellchecker automatically picks this one up. Intellect I think is the word you needed there. The irony in that misspelling is very appropriate here.

teams to loose

You like them tight?

Oh, and we did fine last year against LSU's shut down secondary. The kicking game was our problem...oh and our defense. Our offense moved the ball just fine. We scored 41 on Georgia and most of that was in the air, our pitiful defensive showing made it so that incredible performance wasn't enough to win, but our offense worked just fine in that game. Mallett will have a tough time against Alabama's D line if our O line hasn't improved the way it should have, so you do have one valid point. Name a QB that would have a good time against that D line and I'll shut up.

your right he has to prove himself first. Look for that to happen against Georgia. Alabama homers will continue to attack until the game. I am not going to say this or that but it could go either way and according to Bobby Petrino the D has been a lot better than it has previously or maybe the offense is just not as good. So, what do you have to worry about Bama? Other than a loss, few homer suicides, and the complete implosion of your shite-hole state?
