Of course they matter but I still think Bama or UF will win a title before they do. They are going to can their coach in a year or two and have to start over, regardless of how talented their athletes are.

Depends..2010 is Miles' make or break year, IMO. In order for LSU to be relevant, it'll take a change, either at OC or HC.

No, I don't. He is letting his opinion of the current HC, cloud his view of the platform.
His view of this has some serious merit, but his total disregard, is lazy and sloppy. LSU and UGA are still right there, with Bama and Fla..but have work to do.

IMO LSU is going to surprise some people this year. I think the addition of Billy Gonzales is going to help and JJ having a full year under his belt.
Also would like to add that I am still on the fence about Les Miles and this is year is make or break for me.
