I do not remember who we were playing, but it was several years ago during a midweek, non-conference game. The first baseman for our opponent was a bit of a chubby guy who was definitely a Mo Vaughn type player. A foul ball floats just behind and to the right of first base but, although it wasn't far off, he still couldn't get there to make the catch, nor did it look like he tried very hard. A guy I was with shouted "if it was a pizza you'd have caught it."

Lots of folks laughed.

My greatest hit came at the PMAC in 2000. We were playing Auburn, and we sucked. I was in the front row. AU's players were warming up about 20 minutes before the game; the arena was relatively empty. We front-row lunatics wouldn't shut up, though.

All: M! A! M! A! How you think you got that way? YO MAMA (clap clap! clap clap!) YO MAMA (clap clap! clap clap!)

All: D! A! D-D-Y! You ain't never met that guy! YO DADDY (clap clap! clap clap!) YO DADDY (clap clap! clap clap!)

Me (alone, improvised): U! N! C-L-E! Who you think molested me? MY UNCLE (clap clap! clap clap!) MY UNCLE (clap clap! clap clap!)

It was one of the biggest laughs I ever got in my life.

Alabama vs Tennessee in Neyland.

UT had just suffered another 3 and out and it was just beginning to be obvious to them that they were going to lose this game and they already wanted Fulmer's blood and the stadium was like 40% Bama fans.

Colquitt comes out to punt and SHANKS THE EVER LIVING shite out of it and as the ball is coming off of his foot as an obvious shank, the stadium is dead silent except for one UT fan a few rows lower that just YELLS

The Dominoes delivery to Oliver Miller was true, it was delivered to the locker room though.

Regionals last year we hosted some team from New Jersey and we gave them hell. Everyone of them had Italian names. I really, really wish they would come back this year, since that was before Jersey Shore aired. It would be 10xs worse.

WOW! That's pretty brutal.

It reminded me of one - while not brutal at all - was REALLY, REALLY funny that we did when the Hogs played a preseason exhibition game against the Israeli National team. This was in Barnhill so it was in the early 1990's. Back then we had a really great student section that studied every team, and during player introductions, we had something personal and unique for each player - not the same "Nice Hair" garbage we do now.

Anyway....they start calling the starting lineups for the Israeli National team, and they call the first guy and it goes something like this...."Starting at guard, standing 6'3" from Tel Aviv, Shlomo Goldberg." To which the entire student section yells, "Get the Tip-Off!"

There was little reaction at first, then as people around the arena started to get it, there came this pretty large roar of laughter. One of the funniest things I ever heard the student section do.

I know one woman who is of "Israeli" descent and is a transplant to the South, and I would say that based on conversations I have had with her, your assessment is dead-on.

'gators wear jean shorts' is funny because its true.

more than a decade ago, some cubs-crazy LSU fans visited Wrigley Field... Will Clark was in with the San Francisco Giants - at 1st base and during pregame clark was catching a ton of crud from the cubs fans - multimillionaire and heard just about all one could hear...

one of the LSU contingent heckled will with a name from his new orleans history... 'remember when _ used to beat you up...' - clark immediately went to scanning the stands... nothing came of it but hilarious.

Not at a big game or anything but me and 2 of my mates went to watch our friend play in an Under 18s game, the local team got to youth FA Cup 2nd round(basically made the top 200 in the country..way better than they were)

Anyway it was just us behind one of the goals and were ripping it out of the opposite goalkeeper(he also ha da ponytail) after the usual of putting stuff it all went quite at a corner kick and one of my mates shouts "wheres your boyfriend". The Keeper turns round cusses out my mate as we - and a fair few of the players - are in hysterics.

at the mens division Texas Rugby Union Championships years and years ago...

Houston RFC had a very large pack and would grunt 'kilo' with their scrumdowns to begin their push... the Dallas Harlequins pushed them backward on the handful of initial scrums and then had them on skates all day...

by the third scrumdown, quins fans and players on the sideline were chanting 'olik' as Houston RFC was pushed backwards - pretty damn funny.

the best heckles aren't profane or foul-mouthed... simple, timely and creative
