auburn used to cheat too man. Alot. But cheating is cheating and it doesn't matter who does it. I agree with Ross on this issue though. He shouldn't be committing anywhere if he changes his mind THAT easily. Sounds to me like he doesn't know what he really wants.

As far as I know CNS has always encouraged kids (- the UT deal last yr) to take visits.
I've always had the impression that Saban didn't pressure kids to make a decision. But I think in this case he might have said that if you want to commit to Bama you need to do it quick because we can't guarantee you a spot. I guess I could see that rubbing a recruit the wrong way.

I can only assume that Saban won't recruit this kid anymore after his rant this week about the word "commitment."

Yeah and before that it looked like he wanted Alabama.

Still taking the mental midget route I see. If you want to make another thread about Spikes and Ealey, that's fine, but I'm not going to hijack a thread and make a comment about something that has nothing to do with this thread. Keep up the good work man!

Some people are saying he will be a planted mole (a spy in the enemy camp) for a while but I think that is BS personally. He is a Barn commit and that should be the end of it. Lifelong Bama fans do not commit to Auburn period.

I understand that. I just don't see why Alabama fans are getting so worked up over Auburn "cheating", when Bama was put on probation for it.

it would probably depend on if we were targeting anyone else or not. Had he delayed the anouncement and changed probably but to call NS and a reporter and commit then upstage them at the pressconference then probably not.
