DanMullenIsTheMan or whatever his name is will come in and reassure me but I am starting to waver on my prediction of Newton to Auburn...
I thought he would sign on the spot but according to Jeffrey Lee, he is still trying to decide and it is only between AU and MSU...JL predicts him to Auburn but im getting all

it was his plan all along to announce later. He wanted to talk to his family. He is all Auburn. Even Tyrik Rollison has updated his facebook status to say something about the QB competition will bring out the best in him. All they are waiting on is to announce it publicly.

So they say that he doesn't possess the 2 most important qualities a QB can possess yet there are a few threads a day started about him? If he isn't accurate and throws a lot of INTs why the hell would you want him? Look at what happened to Jarrett Lee.

I have heard the same thing you have Beaver, that b/c he didnt commit on the spot to Auburn that he may drag things out for over a week before he makes his decision. The MSU pay boards give MSU a 60% chance of us getting him, but then again they are paid to make MSU fans think positive in terms or recruiting.
This may go all the way into 2010 before he signs with anybody.

Brent Schaeffer was JUCO player of the year. He was incredible at the JUCO level. FWIW
