Janzen's Dad is Lance Guidry. Coached at McNeese and at Carencro HS. Janzen played his Jr yr in HS at Carencro, Sr yr at Barbe in Lake Charles. Was able to do this because Lance went back to McNeese. Lance then took job on Mike Haywood's staff as DB coach at Miami of Ohio. Janzen was a verbal committ to LSU then day before NSD, signed with Tennessee. I knew him to be a good kid, so this is really surprising. I know his Dad has got to be very, very upset to say the least!

His dad was a pretty good DB with McNeese back in the day. I remember him.

No, he didn't sign until the day after signing day and strung LSU along the entire process because "mama" wasn't there. I wonder if dad will get that job with UT now?

and janzen wasn't really committed to LSU for months before NSD
he flirted with Bama, then when UTenn showed him a lot of love he became enamored with them

Seems like a model citizen from all accounts. Wasn't he in shite a week or two ago for a fight an altercation at a bar where he insisted on leaving the bar with his beer (while obviously being underage)? Now an everyday simple case of armed robbery.

This is simply a punk move by punks...bet their child worshiping coach/parents are now re-thinking their national signing day antics ??? It all goes back to your upbringing and character, of which these punks AND their parents are apparently SORELY lacking !
