Richardson was being held Thursday afternoon on a $19,500 bond. Edwards was released on a $19,500 bond and Jackson was released on his own recognizance.
Why was he released on his own recognizance and the others had bonds on them?

They must have had priors, or they think that he did have a weapon.

It's possible that Jackson made it clear that he would roll on the other two.

I believe Jackson will roll on the other two. It's his best option.
However, I don't think UT can keep him on the team or at school.

Jackson didn't rob them. This is old news at this point. He was either in the store or the car. Nuke and Edwards actually committed the crime.

Two walked up to the car and the third was doing what?
Does this mean JJ is innocent? I hope for his sake he was in the store getting doritos and didn't even know Nuke and the other guy were there.

Is Janzen going to be charged with anything?

News flash dumbarse "Lets get out of here" is another way of saying "Hurry the frick up"
I don't believe for one second that he was in that chicks car and did not know they had a gun or what their intentions were.

Charges on him will probably be lowered if he wasn't directly involved. However if he was in the car with them beforehand, or even only afterward, and encouraged them to leave if they even had an idea that the police had been called, he could be charged with something like aiding and abetting, hindering an investigation, flight, etc.

Doesn't the getaway driver get popped with the same charges?
Was he driving?
I guess there are still some facts to discover.

It seems that the female was driving, but it makes no difference. If Jackson saw what was happening and still got in the car that carried the perpetrators away from the scene, then he is an accessory after the fact and can be charged with the same crime.
Still, I'm guessing that his level of involvement will get him a deal from the DA if he'll testify against the other two.

The girl was driving and was charged w/ attempted armed robbery and drug stuff.
If JJ has charges dropped then she should too imo, except for drug possession.
Hell, she may have been the mastermind behind the whole thing.

Based on how it went down, that's a very small mind.

You know, it's really a funny "stupid criminal" story...
Attempted robbery of a couple of very poor country boys with their most valuable possession being a cheeseburger.
Posted on 11/13/09 at 1:13 pm to DP40
With the criminals using a pellet gun and wearing UT gear.

Yeah, I did leave out 2 important parts of the story.
I'd love to see some comedy show do a skit.
