Call me crazy but I think we can still compete in the West. Bama will probably win out but if there's one team that will challenge them, it's LSU. We have problems on offense, but we also have experienced atheletes who have been there. As badly as we played yesterday, this team is not too far from a finished product. Just my thoughts.

I don't see a team giving them a solid run in the SEC outside of UF. Their defense is legit, their offense may not be great but their defense is strong enough to override that.

Their offense misses Harvin and Murphy more than I anticipated. I think they are hurting at offensive tackle as well.

Still a good offense though.

there's no such thing as a "shoe in"... LSU clearly showed a real defense. i only hope their same offense shows up against bama.

i'm also still obviously concerned about auburn. there's really only 2 games left i'd say we stand no chance at losing... MSU and whatever that one creampuff school we have left on the schedule was.

i'm concerned about south carolina, lsu, and auburn for sure, and tennessee a little.

You mean the team that only lost to the #1 team in the nation by 10 points might compete in the SEC West? Completely crazy.

Check out the rant. You would think we got blown out by 60 points by a div 2 team.

If Miles/Crowton draw up the offensive game plan, you can rest easy.

I just hope your team is as confident as you are. Your receivers vs our secondary - I'll take our secondary every day and twice on Saturdays.

LSU is clearly the second best team in the West at this point. They get Bama at home and have a defense that is usually very strong against the type of offense Bama runs. I don't see why anyone would think they can't compete in the west.

Our offense would be the reason. But I actually think we'll improve over the next couple of weeks.

While any team can lose on any weekend right now I don't see a team in the West that can realistically expect to win against Bama. LSU's offense is still struggling and its defense is only ok not good. AU's offense is legit but had an off day, let's hope that's not the norm from ehre out. AU's defense is very down it is obvious that even the starting talent is not very good right now muchless our depth.

And I hope your team is as confident as you.

LSU has the #8 Pass Defense (giving up 193 ypg).

Ark has the #1 Passing offense in SEC (318 ypg)

Ark has the #2, #3, and #4 WRs in Receiving yards per game.

Mallett is #1 in total offense in the SEC....

So I like our chances as well. Will be a good one

Not counting you out. Just saying that you can't count us out either. Especially because you guys are playing well and are no longer underdogs.

Does LSU play Ole Miss before Alabama? That'd be a good litmus test for our game.

dont read too much into LSU's Ds stats they are slightly flawed. the O cant keep the D off the field...trust me LSUs D is alot better than the stats
