Jared Mitchell when asked about his success on both fields responds how fortunate he is to play for such an program.

Never said it was. Please show me where I even mentioned UK. Elite, in my opinion, means more than just athletics.

Beat yourself sadistically about the face and neck.

But some will try. Our best case is that since 2000, the only sport (of the Big 4) they have really been much better than LSU has been basketball. But still LSU has a final four and 3 SEC Championships. But we've been more dominant in baseball and women's basketball. Both have 3 SEC titles and 2 National Titles in football this decade. But considering all of the athletic programs in the SEC, Florida is definitely #1. But we're firmly in 2nd place right now.

Not if your a 2 sport athelete. J. Mitchell and C. Jones will be leaving school with 4 championship rings each and neither are seniors yet. Each have SEC and National Championship Rings in football and baseball and both contributed in both sports.

C. Jones will probably have another in football.

Oh wait, you're serious? This is why I didn't want LSU winning tonight. Win a NC in baseball and LSU is now the end all of sports programs.

We lead the SEC in all-time championships with 46 (47 if FSU gives up men's track title for violations.
Ole Miss has 1 legitimate title.

florida is clearly the class of the SEC. lsu is a strong second though

Ole Miss compared to LSU means nothing.
Y'all have a good program in almost every major sport. That's all fine and good. You'd think LSU was a combo of the 85 Bears, 95 Bulls, and 98 Yankees after tonight though. Have fun, but you guys have got to curb your enthusiasm a little.
