He did awesome in JUCO after getting kicked out of Tennessee, but I agree.

Marquis Elmore (5 star DE), but it was due to injury mostly

Brandon Miller (5 star LB), due to being played out of position and being a little "soft", imo. He shoulda had his hand down and been a DE.

Ya Mudcat was a Bust. And Miller should been a DE. But what about Jasper Sanks? He was the biggest bust in school history.

ETA: Nikita Stover was actually highly rated IIRC, so maybe him.

He was the best blocking WR we had last year witch was huge for us, and made a couple of big catches in his career.

I wouldn't call him a complete bust.

Raven Gray.

5 star. Touted as the best JUCO d-lineman in the country. Will never play a down.

Whatever happened to that dude? I remember the coaches said he wasn't mentally tough, but it seemed like he faded into nothing overnight.

1998 Louisiana Player of year: Adam McConathy , LB, West Monroe.

Signed with Texas, then came to LSU, and ended career with Louisiana Tech.

Schaeffer had the worst timing in coaches. He goes to Tennessee after Cutcliffe left, then goes to Ole Miss right after Cutcliffe was fired. Instead of getting tutored by a great QB coach, he gets schooled by Dan Werner. For those that don't know who he is, he is the guy from Miami that took 5-star Kyle Wright (the #1 overall HS recruit in the nation) and made him into an outstanding mediocre QB. He permanently erased Miami's reputation as a QB University.

Most of you are probably too young to remember, but those that aren't will laugh when they see the name "Electron".

Star Jackson and Tyler Love.

Actually... I have hope for Tyler, I think before he leaves he will be great... 5* was too high.

Star on the other hand is a complete bust.

Crompton first one to come to mind, but there are probably others I haven't thought of yet.
