i posted this on the MSB but thought it makes more sense here since he came from the SEC. looks like he clashed with coaches and players last year. youd think this guy would learn. question for arkansas fans, what was his whole deal there, i never really followed the story?

I'd rather not get into that again.
My opinion of MM is not too high.

I've heard he's playing 2nd fiddle to Aaron Corp for the starting job despite being having the better arm.
Aaron Corp just doesn't really fit into USC's scheme IMO which is weird why he is the current leader.

why this guy transfered to USC is beyond me.

yeah, corp is in the lead. it is still the same offense, hes just very mobile, we can add some running plays for him

"Ideally, I would have done a Peyton Manning," Mustain said on the phone from Los Angeles last week. "Come in, light it up for a couple years, and go to the league. But not everyone lives in that world."
Someone should tell this kid that Peyton lit it up for 4 years - not just a couple.

None of the USC fans listened to anything the Hog fans said about this drama. Hell, some Hog fans were disillusioned and thought Mustain was a God send.
He and his mom ruined any possible career he had in store.

Fixxed. That is where I found most of the "hogtards" to be.

Little of both but I would rather not go into that again.
However, I don't see why damian williams is playing division 1 football.

Mixed reviews from posters who attend USC practices but majority feel AC is in the lead. Hard for me to believe with his 8 SEC starts/wins but I'm just saying what observers are saying/seeing.

Mustain was ruined by his HS success, rivals, family, and whoever else would kiss his arse. When Mustain showed up in Los Angles he was not use to taking snaps under center, thanks Malzone. Alot of HS off cord set QBs up to break records, but they do not prepare them for the next level. That is why Mustain started at the back of the back.OH his attitude did not help it either.

Mustain was held back in school, played on a stacked team ala Evangel, and had Damien Williams as his go to receiver. He will never live up to his hype imo.
