All I know is that if some drunk 52 yo a-hole sucker punched my 18-20 yo kid (who was NOT the kid that threw the beer) I’d pay the lawyer hourly to frick this guy over!

To what end? You’re looking at a guy who is likely bankrupt, delinquent on his child support payments and has an army of creditors after him. If you just want to pay a lawyer to stand in line with everyone else then be my guest.
