Granted, I dont follow baseball and softball regularly but, it's been exciting to see both of these teams. Softball is a regular in the top 10 and wcws, but baseball is the biggest story imo. Amazing job by Vaughn. Both took big series this past weekend, especially the softball team taking down Texas.

Very unfortunate that the majority of y'all's fanbase also does not follow or care at all about baseball. It really is a lot of fun, especially when you've got a team

I enjoy going to baseball games from time to time. Use to go to the Braves game for father's day every year in the early 00s with my dad, who lives in suburban Atlanta, and stopped going cause the Braves lost everytime we went lol.

Bama fans follow consistency, pride and effort.. ANY sport that shows competitive potential Bama fans will follow and strongly support.. FB def spoils but we have several Championship level programs that are strongly supported.

Didn’t Bama baseball start off the same way last season too?

Guessing yall are more optimistic this year. Bummed we don’t have a series against yall this year

Baseball started off hot last year before league play. Difference is, this season, they are playing very well in league play at the moment.

Bama somehow jumped 2 teams that won by a combine score of like 40-6 over a 3 game series. Bama lost badly to Texas game 1 at home and because your announcer is the one who helps
make the poll at softball America yes you was voted number one . It’s not a real organization . Just a random website who happens to cover softball and was picked up by on3.

Oklahoma has the nicest, or most well groomed, baseball stadium imo as well.

Bama took the series against the #1 team and defending champs. Bama was #5 heading into the series so, it isn't a surprise that they jumped to #1.

It’s harder to get into for televised games than watching in person. Living in VA means not a lot of opportunities to see them live.

No it wasn’t a surprise for OU fans …we knew how the vote was going to go . If it was OU at 5 and we just beat Texas 2 of 3 at home zero percent chance we would have jump teams that blown other teams out and didn’t lose that weekend ….OU also has a two game lead over Bama in the sec …. with zero game lost to unranked sec teams . Your expected to win at home . Look at last year you beat OU 2 of 3 at home and then got drilled in super regional 2-0 by OU and none of the games were close .

In baseball? No way. If anything our fans are way too overbearing

I can't speak for everyone, but I've always followed LSU football and baseball, regardless of how bad they are.
