Get a grip. They had to add USC, UCLA, Oregon and Washington to keep pace with the SEC.

That is brutal.

So they’ve won a few championships when the NIL and transfer rules are in a state of flux. Who cares.

When things settle down, all will go back to normal. And they’ll still be stuck with all the schools on the left coast.

You realize Missouri was an also-ran add-on to the SEC to keep pace with the B1G adding Nebraska right?

You realize it was Mizzou wanting to join the B1G back then that triggered Nebraska's envy and got them to approach the B1G about membership

Not envy from Nebraska. Just a great desire to get out of a conference before Texas wrecked it completely.

You sips will find your natural PAC siblings in the Big 10 now. You should hurry along to the Big and satisfy your dearest institutional ambition.

Every school that had the option to leave did so for that very reason. It is just the nature of the school in Austin. They have to be in charge, they have to be at the top of the pyramid no matter where they are.

I remember when they joined the Big 8 with A&M, Tech, and Baylor when the SWC was dissolving, and I remember watching the power dynamics shift over a few years. It is the main reason I enjoyed moving to the SEC, because everyone here is supposed to be equal. Now, the conference destroyers are here and I'm interested to watch the shift again.

Missouri is a Midwest state. Most of your borders are shared with Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.

The St. Louis Cardinals are rivals with the Chicago Cubs.

Mizzou's rivals are Kansas and Illinois.

Mizzou probably should have gone to the Big 10 with Nebraska years ago.

Nebraska's football program signed their own death warrant when they joined the B1G.

They're the poster children for delusions of thinking they're still a blueblood.

I'm not sure who you know who is a Nebraska fan and considers the program is still a blueblood. I do know Nebraskans, and they believe the opposite. They know how high they used to be, and how low they've been the past 25 years. They always have hope, but they also have no delusions that they're any better than the lower half of the power teams.

Better being stuck with schools on the left coast than having to travel to a shithole flyover state like Missourah.

We lost at the buzzer to a top 10 team. You wiped out in your own state a round earlier to a mediocre ACC team.

Our worst years are better than your good ones, Little Stevy.
