Women’s Basketball Rigged

I’ve decided to watch the March Madness for Women’s Basketball. It’s a joke- the referees are rigging every game for the teams that they want to make the Final 4. I saw it with the Saints no interference call during their run for the Super Bowl and that’s when I began to stop watching the NFL. These sports have become WWF wrestling - it’s not the best teams that advance but only the teams where the refs are giving them the call.

How do you think UConn rose and 10RC fell? Been watching this for decades. Whenever possible it will be an ESPN backed school in the Big East or ACC in the past.

If you can find it, back when Bobby Knight was exited from IU he did an interview where he was more dressed up than usual. Pointed out in the modern game we should worry less about point shaving and gamblers and more about refs and big media companies getting some teams in by how the game was called.

While watching a tv game, sometimes it does seem odd to hear the announcers say "They're letting them play tonight!" when team x is controlling the ball. As soom as team y starts down the court there's a whistle.

Mens isn't that much worse IMO. It's just a lot harder to notice.

Go back and watch that Kentucky vs Arizona game for the Championship. Pay attention to it was either Miles or Bibby they look at the foul count on them at the end of the game. They appeared to want to give Lute the Natty, not Rick.

Pretty sure womens college basketball gets the bottom tier referees. They are terrible. And the WNBA ones are just a small step above them.
