It might’ve been closer but Michigan is the better team. You knew at halftime Michigan would adjust and when it became a half court game it was obvious Bama was outmatched.

Michigan missed several point blank layups and shot poorly from the FT line and still covered the spread.
It was a huge mismatch. alabama basketball isn’t a serious threat. Too little NIL money.
