Two Hoops Questions that are unrelated

1) When is Holloway's meeting with the schools disciplinary board?
2) Did anybody notice if Bristow was at the game Sunday night? We were at the arena and don't remember seeing him there. Watched the game back last night and didn't see him on the bench during the broadcast. Has there been anything on socials about him?

1. Don’t know when the hearing will be but I’m almost certain it won’t matter for this season
2. Bristow was there. I made a joke that I threw 75 cents on the court and he rebounded a ball during warm ups.

Yeah that kind of shite moves real slow. No chance it gets cleared up anytime soon. They are probably trying to get him to flip, and him and his lawyer are weighing their options.

Damn, school disciplinary boards are now having kids flip on their supplier, who most likely isn't even another ua student

I clearly was referring to detectives/prosecutors on his case. I'm assuming his hearing with the school disciplinary board hinges on what is going on with his case. Would the school have a hearing before his legal situation is sorted out? I don't know how the disciplinary board could decide on anything if he's still in limbo with the law and nothing is resolved. Doesn't seem like that'd make sense. But I might be completely wrong there.

Why when it's gonna get thrown out.. weak probable cause.

Some judge signed off on the warrant so that lets you know we have no shortage of dumbass judges in this state that pick and choose who deserves privacy.
Any criminal trial is a crapshoot with these morons but this will all end up in a plea deal

Yeah I mean it should, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

What do you think the odds are on Darius Miles still being considered a student?

Wanna bet?
100% certainty he’s been on their radar for a while and the op that saw him arrested was just the last act.
I hate it for him, I really like the guy but his favorite words right now should be “plea deal.”

Probable cause or not, the fact is he did have 2 pounds of weed in the house. Do we really want to have a dope dealer representing the University of Alabama?
I'd like our athletes to have some bit of integrity.

Yet, an unresolved felony court case is exactly like an unresolved felony court case. You're the one who thinks one is a they'll wait for court and the other isn't. They're both a f no, they gone.

The trash you put out at the street/community dumpster is entitled to 0 privacy, as it is considered abandoned propery. They actually don't even need a warrant to collect it. Believe it or not, finding drug packaging materials in your trash is sufficient grounds to obtain a search warrant on your residence.

Yeah I mean I understand what the courts have determined. I just disagree and this is far away from what citizens of this country were supposed to be entitled to in terms of privacy.

And we don't even know how good the dope was.
Just sketchy all around.

Well Miles quite literally can’t make it to classes since he is in jail with no bond.
