Pretty impressive. Makes it even more impressive since he's doing this while playing the hardest regular season schedule in the country to get there almost every season.

He played 7 of the Sweet 16 teams this season. Almost half the Sweet 16.

Impressive. I think Cal tried to do that and still only ended up with 6 of the Sweet Sixteen.

Bama has a great team.

The dude is relentless. Best to ever do it here.

Also he’s just a menace in the round of 32. Average margin of victory of like 18 points or something.

At this point, nothing to do but congratulate Bama's team. Granted they're expecting a title, but that is consistency. I only wish LSU did this, or even gave a shite about trying..

All it takes is that one coach. Alabama struck gold with Oats. I feel LSU had that gold (Will Wade) just a few years ago, but the AD pissed it all away. If LSU can hire him again, they will be in good hands. He's got a proven track record of turning every program around that he's been at.

Every single one of them picked Texas Tech to win. Seth Davis has actually picked Alabama to lose twice this tourney. He picked Hofstra in the first game.

My favorite part was a few days ago when Charles was explaining to Renee Montgomery and Temu Bryant Gumble how Alabama wasn't really all that good this year.

Oats sealed his name as a top 5 coach in country to me last night. Our team has been soft all season but not last night.

No final 4's but Arkansas has made the sweet 16 or better 5 of the last 6 also... but with 2 different coaches.

Indeed. Musselman got things back on track. He deserves tons of credit for that. Cal is a HOF coach so it's not too surprising he would keep things trucking along, but he deserves his credit given that there were a lot of people (UK fans, etc) who thought the game had passed him by. So he's proven all the naysayers wrong in his own right.

Alabama and Arkansas both have a tough draw in this round. I hope you guys set a new record for made 3's and take down Michigan.

Great coach. Would love to get him from Bama once Cal retires. Hopefully he never gets over the hump there and we swoop in.

Would be nice, but I'm afraid they (or Arizona) might be the best team in the tournament.

A S16 is realistically our ceiling with this group considering all the injuries, but I guess anything is possible.

Whatever happens, I'm just glad they got to experience this one.

Hope y'all do the same and run those Wildcats out of the gym.

Honestly, Arkansas in the Sweet 16 is kind of a staple of CBB. It just seems right

Give their AD credit, struck gold on this hire, probably won't win a natty when he's there due to their style of play but he made them an elite program which is what you want
