And here is the killer:
You could argue that Bruce is to blame but let’s be honest with one another. No parent can truly come to terms with a child that is a born loser. Bruce thought maybe a free coaching gig could help Stevie actually do something with his life but instead the stink of nepotism has cratered everything in Lee county Alabama.
What took Bruce Pearl a decade to build was torn to the ground in less than 6 months.

The only thing Bruce Pearl built while at Auburn was his net worth. Once he bagged the life he wanted he bailed and yall were dumb enough to pay his kids allowance. The stink of nepotism started at UT.
Steven should have never been allowed to take a seat on the UT bench, much less get actual playing time.
The guy had no college offers -- none -- coming out of high school, which can be uncovered by Google. Playing a kid that does not deserve playing time is NOT doing the best thing for your team. Further, doing so is taking playing time away from a deserving player. It's not uncommon for a coach to add his son to the bench, but RARELY do you see these kids get meaningful playing time.
Bruce's conduct and playing his kid pushed me away from UT basketball during his tenure.
