Craziest stat to me is he had 4 rebounds and 1 assist in the first 3 minutes of the game. Had 4 rebounds and 2 assists at end of tied regulation.

Great player, but gives up a lot on the defensive end.

Arkansas is the only Division I team in the last 30 seasons to score 115+ points with fewer than 10 turnovers but still lose.

Division I teams had been 247-0 over that span when doing that in a game.

That’s the Cal I know.

That's the UK we all laugh at. Haven't been relevant in years.

That's an incredibly specific stat. Wish we had Pope.

His ppm was also insane.

How many points did he have in regulation?

I like to think Jodie Meeks might’ve pulled that off for him if he had stayed and joined the Wall and Co class. C’est la vie.

I was courtside and it was very impressive. He has a 25 year old man's body as an 18 year old. I mean you couldn't even get mad when they all went in, just wow. It was cool to see.

This is cal’s 4th program to have coached if I recall correctly. But you’re welcome to make it about you.

49 is impressive. Josh Hubbard went for 46 last night but his team won without going to overtime.

Still not 54 though

I'm assuming Pistol Pete has the record for most points scored by a single player in an SEC game though.

I'm guessing that Cal wouldn't want him to play defense too tightly because (1) He needs to avert any chances of getting into foul trouble, and (2) he needs to save as much energy as possible. The kid played nearly the entire game including the OTs in last night's game, and if he had pressed his defensive effort, I suspect the quality of his offensive effort may have diminished late in the 2nd half....IMO.

I think he scored 70 against Bama once. Supposedly it was a great game. My dad was there
