This never backfires lol I would absolutely keep upping the expectations for a coach who has never been a head coach for a full season. What could go wrong?

Congrats on a really good 2025 season, but how do you accurately identify a good roster right now? Turnover from one season to the next is extreme. You may think that you (or your coaches) have a handle on the new formula for consistent success, but I'd call that premature speculation.
