The only reason the BIG 10 (lmfao change the name morons!!!) pushed for 9 conference games is because they can hand pick any on the of the 12 of 18 shitty teams in their conference.

the problem si that every league's schedule besides the SEC sucks chode from top to bottom.
Look at the reigning Big 12 champion's schedule for 2026. You might as well go ahead and pencil in like 8 of the 12 playoff teams already and only play out the season to see which SEC teams emerge from the meat grinder the most in tact.

The difference is that SEC fans literally live at the top of the conference and only see the flashy teams worth a shite but don’t see value in teams like Iowa, Illinois or USC which are on par with the likes of Tennessee, Missouri and South Carolina. frick outta here saying 12 out 18 teams are shitty. If the SEC lost to some of those teams what does that make Tennnesse, South Carolina and Vandy?

No doubt the SEC is a meat grinder but complaining about it means nothing. Live with the monster the SEC created and if the teams that emerge are validated with getting 5 spots in the CFP let them.

Who cares with the Playoffs now? That's the real schedule for anyone good these days...we don't need "murderer's row" schedules these days when those losses don't seem to count against them to the Committee... There's no more season Resume wins you the Title.
