Exit interviews were done after the season, the topic of money was brought up by 3/4 of the players with eligibility left, he had a serious conversation with his wife, and made the call. I don't think there is much more to it than that. He still had gas left in the tank.

If Saban is still on our payroll, I hope the right people are making sure we are squeezing as much use from Saban as we can get. I am sure Deboer is seeking out his sage advice often
