1. Death spiral went out of control rapidly under Dan Mullen

2. Billy Napier and Scott Stricklin killed the program

3. Lane Kiffin ghosting the UAA and Disney gator boosters was the final nail in the coffin

4. Miami winning the first of likely several natties under Cristobal tonight will be the burial and funeral

Nah, UCF’s natty is what actually did it.

Wasn't Miami supposed to dominate the whole century after winning the title in 2001?

Ohio state derailed them in 2002

Maybe LSU can do the same in the natty next season

Here's hoping it is Indiana that does it tonight.

If they lose this game tonight they won't get 40k people in their season opener vs Florida A&M, and probably 30k vs Central Michigan the next week.

scUM and FSucks can only be successful with UF is down. The last 10 years of poor coaching hires at UF has led to scUM playing for a Natty, that and a lot of money. Hopefully Indiana brings this ACC trash back to reality tonight. Hoo, hoo, hoo, Hoosiers.

The future is bright for the Gators, go Gators!

Damn this is annoying.

I don't know about that. I like this Sumrall guy, and I think he might do OK.

I think he might be a good coach actually

BUT I don’t trust the UAA or the boosters to give him what he needs to be really successful

Think he's going to prove to be really good as well. Seems like pretty much all of the fans are behind the guy and he is going to be given what he needs to succeed.

I am not trying to compare him to Golden at this point, but to say that Golden doesn't have the money that Pope or Cal gets to spend and he figures it out. There is more than one way to skin a cat. Throwing money at the problem isn't always the answer.

Meyer is helping out getting the right boosters in line. He wants this thing turned around, can tell you he's working behind the scenes. Sumrall is impressing and most confident I've been in a while we are actually heading in a positive direction.

Meyer does like him which is a good sign.

Pretty sure Meyer thought Gaypier was a joke and spurrier has gone on record admitting that he thought Napier was a loser
